The Showplace team were delighted to be back at Newbury Showground for the return of the Showman’s Show 2025. Exhibiting our own products alongside some amazing stand partners and providing space solutions for eight clients, this year’s event was our busiest and most unforgettable one yet.
The Showplace Stand
Standing tall amongst more than 300 exhibitors, our goal was to create an impactful display of our space solutions at the long-awaited outdoor event industry exhibition. Utilising our modular structures, the Seagull Modular Cube, and the Peacock Trailer, we presented a showcase of our products to demonstrate their versatility and innovation, highlighting the endless possibilities for use at activations and events.

Featuring an immersive lava flooring graphic, integrated flags and striking light boxes, our domed roof structure offered a welcoming environment for attendees to explore up close how our products could bring their visions to life.

Our Stand Partners
This year we had the pleasure of being joined by an incredible line-up of stand partners, each sharing their specialist event services and expertise alongside the Showplace team:
- Clover Coffee
- Rolling Unit
- Sommer Flooring
- NAEC Stoneleigh
- Sip ‘n’ Swig

Creating a pop-up coffee shop, Clover Coffee transformed the interior of our Seagull Modular Cube into a barista bar, ensuring there was no shortage of caffeine throughout the action-packed two days. Featuring a seating area, drinks menu graphics and built-in espresso machines, the space was converted into a mobile café environment to present Clover Coffee’s latest brews and blends.

Utilising our one-of-a-kind Peacock Trailer, Rolling Unit showcased their expandable trailer solutions, highlighting their innovations from Estonia. Through the addition of plush furniture, they created a cosy interior to host visitors and give live demonstrations of the trailer in action.

Located in our modular structure, Sommer Flooring, NAEC Stoneleigh and Sip ‘n’ Swig each used a custom light box and counter to exhibit their event services. Keeping the drinks bubbling and flowing, Sip ‘n’ Swig also mounted a bespoke neon light installation and customised their counter to create a mobile cocktail bar, causing a stir amongst passing visitors.

From coffee and conference venues, to trailers and tonic, our stand was a hive of activity, buzzing with a community spirit throughout the two-day spectacle.
Showplace Structures
In addition to building and designing our own stand, the Showplace team were also busy constructing two modular structures for MTD Water and John F Hunt Power. Fostering relationships with each of these clients for over eight years, we are their trusted space solution provider for the Showman’s Show and were delighted with the opportunity to collaborate at the annual event once again.

Showplace Exhibition Trailers
We also provided a selection of exhibition trailers for six clients across the Newbury Showground site, including some returning brands, as well as some new ones. Each varying in size and specification, the trailers acted as a central meeting point to welcome passing visitors, creating an open and inviting layout. From eye-catching graphics to bespoke counters, every aspect was customised to represent each brand’s unique services to leave a lasting impression on their audience.

The Showman’s Show will always remain a staple in the Showplace calendar, providing an opportunity for the event industry to come together and demonstrate the latest advancements in the sector. It is a pleasure to return to Newbury Showground each year and we are already counting down the days until the Showman’s Show 2026.
