Firstly, there are the graphics that your visitors will see from a distance. These tend to be big and bold to draw their attention and are often set at a height, showing no more than just your company’s logo, as anything more would be lost in the distance. These graphics will catch people’s eye from across the show floor and become a landmark for them to head towards. When visitors start to venture closer to your stand, maybe a few booths away and browsing at your competitors’ content, you can further grab their interest by using mid-range graphics. These are typically designed to be legible from anything between 10 and 50 feet. Content should still be kept brief to only key details that are clear enough to be seen from some distance.

 Finally, once the visitor has reached your stand, you can use short-range graphics to convey further detailed important information and show off your brand. These are designed to be viewed up close so a greater volume of content can be included here. It is the ideal place to include any product benefits, features, and specifications you would like any potential customers to know about. Placement is essential with short-range graphics; they are often positioned around eye level or slightly higher, making them as clear and easy as possible to read, even if someone is standing directly in front of them.
