Projects Assistant

Showplace is looking to recruit a projects assistant as the business continues to grow.

Projects Assistant (immediate start)

This is a new role within Showplace Ltd to support our project managers and operational team with the intention for the successful candidate to be managing their own projects within six months.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

•Coordinate with, and extract job information from, the sales team

•Place orders and liaise with suppliers

•Prepare job information packs for ops teams

•Prepare site plans and load lost information

•Answer the telephone

•Liaise with clients and undertake customer service calls

The role will require work on a variety of different projects, from exhibition trailer roadshow programmes to indoor and outdoor exhibition stand builds, whilst embracing our company values, which are at the heart of all we do.
